Phoenix Gun Club Memberships
Here are our new membership forms.
We have 2 types of annual memberships:
Basic and Premium.
Details on the two types are included on
the forms. Easiest way to decide about membership is to download all 3 of
the PDF files, choose either the Basic or Premium (page 1), and the Release
(page 2). and you have the complete application. Applications should be
delivered to the Range in person.
"Those of you that are already annual members are
Premium members. You do not need to submit a new application."
